Orders ship from the United States. Shipping is a flat $7 for orders under $300, and FREE on orders of $300 or more. The applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout.

Made-to-order pieces typically need 2–3 weeks of preparation. Estimated shipping after dispatch is 7–14 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and may vary by item and destination. Refer to the product page and any order updates for more information.

Available sizes and dimensions depend on the design. Check the size options and measurements on each product page. If you need a specific measurement before ordering, please contact us.

Product photos show the design and appearance you can expect. For handmade pieces, small variations in color, resin patterns or wood grain may occur. Please review the product details before placing your order.

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please email support@resinglow.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. If we require you to return the item, we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping cost for the approved claim.

We do not offer exchanges or replacement products. Returns for a change of mind or personal preference are not accepted. Small variations in colour, resin bubbles and wood grain are normal characteristics of handmade pieces, not defects. Custom-made items may be returned only if they arrive damaged or defective. This does not affect your rights under applicable law.
