Resin Glow ships to supported destinations worldwide, including:

Order Cutoff Time
Our daily order cutoff time is 2:00 AM Pacific Time (Los Angeles, USA).
Orders placed before the cutoff on a processing day may begin processing that same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on Sundays and holidays, will begin processing on the next processing day.
Order Processing Time
Our resin pieces are made to order and require time for production, finishing, quality checks, and packaging.
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production and order preparation, depending on the product and order volume.
Processing days are Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Orders are dispatched from the United States. Shipping transit time after dispatch is estimated at 7–14 business days.
Total estimated delivery time: 21–35 business days.
Delivery estimates include order preparation and shipping. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
We offer simple, transparent shipping rates for all supported destinations:
- Orders under $300 USD: Flat $7 USD shipping fee.
- Orders of $300 USD or more: FREE shipping.
No hidden shipping fees. Shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
There are no additional handling or packaging fees for standard orders. The shipping rates above apply to the original shipment.
Prices, Taxes & Additional Charges
Shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds are stated in USD. Product prices and applicable taxes are displayed during checkout.
No hidden fees: Resin Glow does not add undisclosed shipping or handling charges to your order.
For international shipments, import duties, customs taxes, or other government charges may apply depending on your destination. Such charges are determined by local authorities and may be collected separately unless explicitly included at checkout.
Please review your final order total before confirming payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and available tracking details.
Tracking information may take some time to update after the carrier receives your package.
If your order has not been dispatched after the estimated processing period, please contact support@resinglow.shop for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@resinglow.shop. We will try to update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, address changes may not be possible. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional reshipping charges may apply.

If your package appears lost, delayed, or has not received tracking updates for an extended period, please contact our support team.
