Resin Glow is operated by TTP ECOM LLC ("Resin Glow", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
1. Products and Descriptions
Resin Glow offers resin lamps, decorative artwork, and related products. Certain products are handmade or made to order, as indicated in their descriptions.
Handmade resin products may naturally vary slightly in color, texture, bubbles, and wood grain. These minor variations are not necessarily manufacturing defects.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product images, descriptions, dimensions, specifications, and prices are accurate.
Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.
We reserve the right to correct errors in product information. If a material error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you regarding the available options, including cancellation and a refund where appropriate.
2. Orders and Acceptance
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. We may need to verify payment, availability, or order details before accepting and processing it.
We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, product unavailability, or a material pricing error.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the affected payment to your original payment method.
3. Prices and Payments
Our standard shipping rates and free-shipping threshold are expressed in United States dollars (USD). Product prices may be displayed in another currency depending on your selected market and checkout settings.
Payment must be completed through an available payment method at checkout.
We use payment service providers to process transactions securely.
Any applicable shipping charges and taxes collected by our store will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We do not add undisclosed shipping or handling fees. International customs duties, import taxes, or government charges may apply and may be collected separately by the relevant authorities.

Shipping Rates
- Orders under $300 USD: Flat shipping fee of $7 USD.
- Orders of $300 USD or more: Free standard shipping.
No hidden shipping or handling fees. Shipping costs are disclosed before payment.
Processing and Delivery
Our daily order cutoff time is 2:00 AM Pacific Time (Los Angeles).
Made-to-order products generally require approximately 2–3 weeks for production and preparation.
Shipping transit after dispatch is estimated at 7–14 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to production requirements, carrier operations, customs, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Returns and Refunds
Under our voluntary return policy, Resin Glow accepts return requests only for:
- Verified manufacturing defects.
- Damage occurring during shipping.
Customers must contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery to submit a return or refund request.
Requests must include the order number, an explanation of the issue, and supporting photographs or video where reasonably available.
We do not accept voluntary returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, incorrect product options selected by the customer, or ordinary differences consistent with the product description.
No Exchanges or Replacements
Resin Glow does not offer product exchanges or replacement items under its voluntary return policy.
Approved claims are resolved by refund, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of claim approval.
Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider for the funds to appear.
If a physical return is required for an approved manufacturing defect or shipping damage claim, we will provide return instructions and cover the authorized return shipping costs.
Do not return any product before receiving authorization from our support team.

6. Order Cancellations
Certain products are made to order. Cancellation requests may be accepted before production begins.
If cancellation is approved before production, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible, except where required by applicable law.
To request cancellation, please contact support@resinglow.shop as soon as possible.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and shipping information.
Please review your delivery address carefully before placing an order.
If you discover an address error, contact our support team promptly.
Once a shipment has been dispatched, an address change may not be possible. Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is necessary because an incorrect address was provided.
You agree not to use our website for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes.
8. Product Care and Safety
Customers should follow the product instructions and care recommendations provided with each item or on its product page.
Resin lamps and decorative pieces should be used only for their intended purposes.
Damage resulting from improper use, modification, accidents, or failure to follow provided instructions may not qualify for a return under our voluntary return policy.
Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Intellectual Property
Website content, including logos, branding, product descriptions, graphics, photographs, and original design elements, is owned by Resin Glow, TTP ECOM LLC, or the applicable rights holders, or used under authorization.
You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or use protected website content without the necessary permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website accessible and functioning properly.
However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
We may update website content and functionality as needed without affecting rights already established under accepted orders.

Our website is powered by Shopify and may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, analytics, and customer support.

We are not responsible for independent third-party websites that are not operated or controlled by Resin Glow.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Resin Glow and TTP ECOM LLC are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products where such liability may lawfully be excluded.
Where legally permitted, our liability for a purchase-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury, defective products, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
