If your order arrives damaged or defective, email support@resinglow.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once your claim is approved, we will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping cost if a return is required.

Every piece is hand-poured, so small differences in colour, bubbles and wood grain are part of the piece — not a defect.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. We do not offer exchanges or replacements. Returns for change of mind or personal preference are not accepted. Custom-made items are eligible for a return only if they arrive damaged or defective. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
